Tissue paper placemat in the shape of an American Flag, commemorating the dinner and hop given by ADM Charles Train and officers of the Asiatic Squadron for officers of the Imperial Russian Navy who survived the battle of Tsushima, 1905. Dinner was given in Manila, PI, n.d. The placemat was included with a letter sent from Aurar Chase to Miss Hazelton.
